Donation Refund Policy

                    We aim for complete transparency. If a wrong deduction occurs or a donor requests a refund:                

                   
• A refund request must be made within 2 days of donation, along with proof of deduction and written communication.
                   
• Refunds are processed within 7 working days of complaint validation.
                   
• If a tax exemption certificate has already been issued, a refund cannot be processed unless the original receipt is returned.
