• Donors may request at any time to not receive solicitations or specific mailings, such as newsletters.
• We provide appropriate acknowledgment and recognition of donations while ensuring donor information is handled with respect and confidentiality.
• You can request access to the foundation's most recent financial statements at any time.

Donation Refund Policy

Sena follows a reliable refund policy. If an erroneous deduction occurs or if a donor requests a refund, Sena will respond within 7 working days from the date of receiving the complaint. For refunds, donors must provide proof of deduction and a written communication within 2 days after the donation. Please note:

• If a tax exemption certificate has already been issued, a refund will not be possible.
• In such cases, donors must return the original receipt for processing.
